Place and date of formation unknown, but the seat of Velika Župa Lika and Gačka was in Gospić. It was located there in April 1942, 31 July 1943 and 21 January 1944, always under the tactical control of IV Ustasha Brigade. No further mention of the Battalion has been found. (1)
