Formed in Udbina/30 km E of Gospić in Lika but its date of formation is unknown. On 8 November 1944 it was in Lovinac/33 km SE of Gospić working with the XXXV Ustasha Battalion from IV Ustasha Brigade. It was said to have consisted of both Catholic and Moslem Ustasha militia. The fate of this battalion is not known, but it is believed to have been dissolved in December 1944 and the men used to fill up other units. (1)
