The Ersatz-Brigade Feldherrnhalle was formed in September 1944 in Danzig. It suffered destroyed in the fighting in West Prussia.
It was reformed and in April 1945 parts of it was absorbed by Panzer-Division Clausewitz.

Honor title

The Feldherrnhalle units received the honor title because of the initially high number of volunteers from the SturmAbteilung (SA).
