Wachregiment Feliks Dzierzynski was a Stasi unit (Ministerium für Staatssicherheit) which among other things provided the honor guard for ceremonial occasions within the Berlin city limits where NVA troops were forbidden to be stationed according to agreements between the allies after the end of the Second World War.
