- Friedrich Janssen : 10 Years Imprisonment
- Karl-Heinrich Pfirsch : Acquitted & Released
- Ewald Loser : 7 Years Imprisonment
- Karl - Adolf Eberhardt : 9 Years Imprisonment
- Heinrich - Leo Korschan :6 Years Imprisonment
- Friedrich von Bulow : 12 Years Imprisonment
- Werner Wilhelm-Heinrich Lehmann : 6 Years Imprisonment
- Hans Albert-Gustav Kupke : 10 Years Imprisonment
Twelve leading Industrialists convicted in Case No.10 (The "Krupp" Trial), which was held before the International military tribunal at Nuremberg, from the 8th December 1947 to the 31st July 1948. Eleven were found guilty. One was acquitted, and the remainder to various terms on imprisonment.
