On 01 April 1942 a third Kompanie was formed in s'Heerenberg and named Marinesanitätsschule s'Heerenberg. On 07 March 1943 the command of the Marinesanitätsschule Sanderbusch was transferred to s'Heerenberg so that the Marinesanitätsschule s'Heerenberg remained the only Schule. It was subordinate to the Sanitätsamt Nordsee and responsible for the central training of personnel of Laufbahn XI. In the autumn of 1944 the Schule moved once more to Nienburg-Weser.
