Reichswehr-Brigade 21 München of the Vorläufige Reichswehr was formed in June 1919 from the Freikorps unit Freikorps von Epp.

It merged with Reichswehr-Brigade 22 in October 1919 into Reichswehr-Brigade 21 of the Übergangsheer.

It was used to form 7. Division in October 1920.
