Formed July 1941 in Zagreb. Most of the personnel and the pigeons were from a pigeon battalion of the former Royal Yugoslav Army. The Company had 106 officer and men and 1,500 pigeons, and established I Class pigeon stations (12 men and 300 pigeons each) in Zagreb and Sarajevo, and II Class pigeon stations (9 men and 200 pigeons each) in Bos. Brod and Bihać. Nothing more has been found on the Company and it probably was dissolved by 1943.
